Today I would like to share a recipe with you for Potato Soup
Potato Soup
5 cups Chicken broth
1 grated carrot
1 small onion grated
8 diced potatoes
1 chopped celery stock
sprinkle of parsley
4 Tablespoons flour
4 Tablespoons milk
1 pint cream or half and half
2 cups grated cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cook vegetables in Chicken broth until tender.
Thicken with flour and milk.
Add cream or half and half.
Add grated cheese.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Heat. DO NOT BOIL
